Terms and condition of our design and programming services:

  • Your exact requirements to the point with work flow diagram. In case of design please send the requirement like color scheme, design theme, structure drawings, references etc at the beginning of your project.
  • Send all of your requirements at a time. That you may take one or two days for thinking but please don't increase your requirements time to time. If you increase your requirement second time then you have to pay extra man-hour charges for that and your deadline will also extend as required.
  • If you send more than one reference site as example please send us in details what sections of which site you want to put in your work. For specification you can also mark out and send screenshots. That will give perfection to your work.

  2. Communication should be regular based & fast. We accept communicate within 48 hours in the middle of the project.
  3. After showing demo version you have to clear 50% of agreed price.
  4. After showing demo if you think some changes is required then please send us all changes in one mail explaining to the point, if possible send screenshots. No further mails will considerable.
  5. After final approval no further changes will be done in case of design. If so then you have to pay extra man-hour charges and your deadline may be extended.

VERY IMPORTANT POINTS *

  • No advance payment required for open source projects. We expect payment after successfully project completion and before source file delivery.
  • we always try to complete all project as soon as possible but if client do not communicate with us in-time and did not send us all required source files of project in-time, client do not have any rights to ask OR blame us about project deadline extenuation related matter.
  • Try to always review your email, Our office closed on Saturday and Sunday, if any reason you did not get reply we always try to reply each email within 48 business hours, if you did not get any response within that time then you may call us at our toll free number.
  • Any technical difficulties OR natural disaster will not be our fault. (Like: ISP problem, power fault, flood, earth quake, fire).
